PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMES TO DEVELOP AND EMPOWER WOMEN’S ECONOMIES
UTL Academy, in collaboration with Usahanita Pulau Pinang, is committed to empowering women entrepreneurs through structured, holistic development programmes that focus on entrepreneurial knowledge, leadership, personal growth, professional image and strategic thinking.
This collaboration aims to provide a sustainable learning platform that equips women entrepreneurs with the competencies, confidence and mindset required to thrive in today’s competitive and fast-evolving business environment. Marked on 7th to 9th November 2025, a three-day programme was organised under the Perantis Program, Jabatan Pembangunan Wanita (JPW). The programme was officiated by Tuan Ahmad Shukri Bin Jamaluddin, Director of the Women’s Development Office, KPWKM Pulau Pinang.

The programmes are designed to strengthen participants in the following areas:
